1 avocado - pitted, peeled, and cubed 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 (15 ounce) can vegetarian chili 1/3 cup sliced green onion 2 large tomatoes, diced 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
| Directions: |
| Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In a small bowl combine avocado and lime juice. In a separate bowl combine chili, green onion, tomatoes, garlic and cilantro. Serve pasta topped with chili mixture and avocado. |
